Description
Motorized Tray Return System(RTS) is designed to transport empty trays at passenger checkpoints. Manually placed trays at the end of the line are transported automatically to the beginning of the security checkpoint. The system is installed on the side of the X-Ray device. It is an easy-to-use and modular system. It can be designed in any length and width to meet customer demands.
The return tray systems main benefits consists of the fact it eliminates the piles of totes required in the security check area and that it streamlines the entire process, assuring a seamless experience for the passengers.
This stand-alone unit can be also retrofit terminals where the existing layouts do not allow to have integrated solutions. The space occupied by the RTS is only a little more than the thickness of the totes.

◆Technical description:
1. The device is equipped with a photoelectric induction switch,
2. when the tray runs to the end to trigger the photoelectric switch, the belt will automatically stop;
3. When the tray is removed, the device automatically starts until the next tray runs to the end.
