The
failure of the x-ray baggage scanner to power on means that the airport x-ray
security scanner has no effect when the power supply of the machine is
connected, and pressed the button to start.
1.3.
Check whether the power input terminal (socket, plug, power cord) of the
security x-ray inspection machine is normal, and whether there is looseness,
poor contact, broken wire, etc.;

Check whether the power protection devices (insurance, circuit breaker, AC
contactor, thermal protector, etc.) of the security x-ray scanner machine are
normal, and whether there is fuse, tripping, non-engagement, etc.;

Check whether the switch device (key switch, start button, stop button, etc.)

2.1.
If the power module of the x-ray baggage scanner supplying power to the
industrial computer is faulty, it is necessary to check the power supply line
and voltage of the industrial computer. The input voltage of desktop industrial
computer is generally AC 220V, and the input voltage of embedded industrial
computer is generally DC 12V;
2.2.
The IPC of the x-ray baggage scanner is faulty and cannot be started. Desktop
industrial computers can check whether the memory, hard disk, CPU, etc. are in
poor contact, and remove and clean up dust. Embedded industrial computers
generally cannot be split, so they can only be replaced.
2.3.
The IPC of the x-ray baggage scanner is normal, and the display still cannot be
displayed. Generally, it is the display output line (VGA, DVI cable) or the
display fault, which can be eliminated by the replacement method.

The conveyor belt of x-ray security scanner cannot be controlled into several

3.1.

photoelectric switch, light barrier).

judge whether the infrared is normal;

If the infrared is also normal, check whether the main control board of the
security x-ray scanning machine is normal, whether the intermediate relay is
normal, and the replacement method or measurement method (measuring the voltage
of the motor control loop) can be judged;
3.4.

control the motor, which can check whether the frequency converter is normal;

If the motor failure of the security x-ray scanning machine can be eliminated
by measuring the resistance of the motor coil or replacing the method;

The image of the inspected items scanned by x-ray security baggage scanner machine
does not come out means that when the items are inspected, the machine does not
respond after the items enter;
4.1.
Check the software registration and authorization;
4.2.
Check if there is any change in the counting on the software after the item
passes. There is a change in the count, usually because the acquisition board
or transmission board is faulty;
4.3.
The software does not count, generally it is an infrared fault or a main
control board fault and the corresponding circuit fault;
5. It
refers to the situation that after the inspection of the item, the display
screen has an image, but the image is incomplete, has black bars, and is not
clear. It is generally a probing component (probe/detection board).
5.1 The
display image area is all black, white, or snowflake dots. Generally, it is the
fault of the main control board, the x-ray source and the corresponding
circuit;
5.2.
The image is blurry and not clear, generally the light of the ray is not
accurate, check whether there are debris in the channel, and whether the
position of the light source, channel and detection array has been moved;
5.3.
There are vertical black lines on the image, which generally means that the ray
source is unstable and the data transmission system is unstable. Data curves
and open light data analysis can be viewed in the software;
5.4.
There are horizontal black lines or dark lines on the image, which is generally
the fault of the detection component (detection board, detector and
corresponding line). Data analysis can be viewed by software and excluded by
substitution;
5.5
The image is incomplete before and after, generally because the software is set
incorrectly or the infrared induction is not sensitive. According to the
manufacturer's factory record, change the parameters, replace the infrared, and
adjust the infrared position can be solved.
5.6.
The image is incomplete up and down, which is generally the fault of the
detection component (detection board, detector and corresponding line) and data
acquisition board. It can be analyzed by viewing the software data curve and
opening the light data;
Before
